Hermione and Ron. Muggle items

It was the first of July a really nice and warm Summer day. Hermione sat in her room looking out of the window wondering if something exiting would happen that day. Noon was drawing nearer still no change in her hopes.

She decided to take matters in her own hand. She send a owl to Ron to ask him if he could come over.
Not much later Ron had send an owl back. He said he could be there in one hour and a half. Hermione send a quick note back.
That's fine I'll wait here.

One hour and a half later Ron arrived at the Granger's house it was a beautiful typical British house. Bit small with super architecture.
Ron wondered how to get in. he didn't see somewhere he could knock. So he decided to use his his hand and banged on the door which made the Grangers jump. Hermione ran out the living room to the front door and opened it. She saw Ron. Still a bit in shock she gasped; 'Ron you could have used the doorbell!!. 'I could have used the what?' 'The doorbell right next to the door on the right hand side.'
Oh?, is that what it is. I thought i would get a shock of that button when pushing on that one.
'That made Hermione laugh.' Ron honestly I really should teach you some muggle stuff. Before you cause anymore unwanted heart beat skipping out of shock. It made Ron blush when she said that. It also made him  nervous it was never his intention to let them all jump. 'Sorry that I made you all jump.' 'Thank you.'

Hermione shouted to her parents: "Me and Ron will go up to my room to have some fun." "we'll be back down for tea!".
"Okay, love see you down for tea." "We trust you Hermione that you don't do anything we won't allow you to do."
"Don't worry Mum, Dad we're just friends."

Once on Hermione's room. They sat down opposite each other both a bit nervous, they never had spent time together.
Once the ice got broken by a question from Ron. Hermione started to teach Ron how to use some muggle stuff.
Like an: Oven, Microwave, doorbell and an Ipod.

Hermione started with the Ipod. Ron this is called an Ipod, people use it to listen to music when they are out and about. Sometimes they also use it indoors when they don't want to bother others. The Ipod has a wheel that lets you scroll through the numbers in the album list. She showed him by moving her thumb around on the white area. Ron saw how it made the blue bar go over the songs. 'It's like magic he said. He stood in Awh for a long while he liked the Ipod. Hermione went on and selected a song by clicking on the small grey circle inside the white wheel. Hermione told Ron that the smaller grey inside the white was for selecting songs. The song played. The song was: 'This is the Night'. They both danced to that song they loved the song they were in dreamland for a while when the song was playing. It took about 3 minutes.

She went on with explaining look here on the white circle at the bottom is a button where you can pause the song and also use to let the song play further. the arrows on either side of the wheel the ones pointing to left is for going back to previous songs the ones to the right to go to the next song. The menu at the top of the wheel takes you back to listings and settings. Ron was totally amazed of what he just had seen. In the moment he said: dad would love this.
When explaining the Ipod they went down to the front door. Hermione opened the door and pointed out the doorbell that people push on there when they want to get in.
Then they went further again, they went to the kitchen. Once in the kitchen Hermione pointed out the oven. Look Ron our oven has two buttons one is for temperature and the other is for the heating of how it is divided. Hermione showed him by turning on the buttons. The light lit up in the over when turning the heat divider. She showed how to put the right temperature to Ron. Ron found it all super fascinating
he couldn't help but think of his dad of how amazing he would find all this. 'Ron, Ron, Ron, Ron! are you okay?' 'huh what, did you say something.' Yes I did I asked you if you were okay. 'Yeah, I'm fine this stuff is so amazing I can't help thinking of my dad how cool he would find all this.  Once the oven was explained and shown.

she went on with the microwave.
Over here please Ron. This is called a microwave, muggles use this for warming up a meal, defrosting, cooking.
She showed the different buttons to him. This top one is for defrosting, the middle one is for warming up a meal or soup and the bottom one is for cooking. The purple button on the right hand side is for starting the program you chose.
The white buttons on the left is to set the minutes  + is for more - is less minutes.
'Very fascinating, It's amazing how many things you can do which such a small sort of oven like thing.' he said in a surprised voice.
When everything was explained to Ron it was time for tea.

They went down and sat down with Hermiones parents. Hello Mrs and Mr Granger.
Hello Ron her parents said very welcoming and warming. It made  him feel straight at home.
Tea was served, they had set a delicious pot of tea. There were four cups all had a beautiful print on them. One was with Butterflies, one with flowers, one with birds and one with the family portrait. Oh, wow really gorgeous cups Mr and Mrs Granger.
'thank you.' Tea was served with nice chocolate called bonbons they were filled with praline.

After tea they all went for a walk through the park what was close to the Grangers house. It took one hour. When returned home it was almost time to go for Ron. He had 30 minutes left. They all decided to sit in the garden for a while. The sun was slowly setting. It turned the nights sky in a magical golden color. Awh so beautiful they all said at the same time. It made them laugh so much. Time was over before they knew it. Ron said goodbye to the Grangers. Hermione let Ron out the door. See you soon she said and gave him a quick little kiss. 'Bloody hell'. see you at school.  they said to each other.
